RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Given the current situation in relation to COVID-19 and the health emergency declaration, we no longer accept any return or exchange for an indefinite period. Please be assured that we will honor all of our return and exchange policies when the situation is restored.
If you have a defective product under warranty that must be returned, simply provide us by Email with the order number, billing surname, your email, and the details of the defect.
We will contact you when we are able to process returns and exchanges.
We strongly advise you to be sure of your selection before placing an order with us, as we must adhere to health regulations when accepting returned goods, we are unable to accept products that do not meet your expectations or simply not wanted a due change of Mind’.
Sadly, we cannot guarantee that our items will please everyone; everybody is different as is their pleasure preference.
We will only replace items that are found to be faulty; an “exchange service” is not available because of the personal nature of our products. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement.
Please retain your product packaging for the duration of the warranty period, as returns can be processed much more efficiently when the original packaging is included!
To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase.

CLOTHES
Unworn clothes may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase upon presentation of the invoice and the intact packaging. No exchange or refund is permitted for undergarments such as bras, panties, baby dolls, overalls, stockings, corsages, and any lingerie sets comprising panties.
LOTIONS, OILS, AND LUBRICANTS
No exchange or refund is permitted for lotions, oils, and lubricants.
DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
All discounted products shall be deemed FINAL SALE. No exchange or refund of FINAL SALE items will be permitted.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
DAMAGED BOX PRODUCTS
All damaged box products shall be deemed FINAL SALE. No exchange or refund of damaged box product items will be permitted.
